This small piece of textile art is made to hang on a wall, or can be displayed leaning on a shelf or mantelpiece.
It features a hand hooked spiral in grey with background in soft and muted shades of beige, cream, pink, mustard and light grey. There is lots of texture to the piece, derived from the use of mainly Donegal Tweeds, with other wool fabrics.
The piece measures approximately:-
5 & 1/4 inches square
13.5 cm square
There is a hanging loop on the reverse.

Inspiration: Spirals are one of my favourite motifs, with their ancient sense of growth and expansion, they seem like a natural pattern for a human to draw.
